The Credential Researchers, Ltd (“The Credential Researchers”) collects information on this site as a service to its client, HARLINGTON REALTY CO. LLC (“Harlington Realty“). This information will only be shared with Harlington Realty pursuant to an application for a residential lease. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any other parties except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from prospective tenants to expedite the tenant application process and better serve you, the applicant. Information collected includes the names, residential history, employment history and any other pertinent information of all prospective tenants, guarantors and occupants for the apartment. In addition, payment information such as your credit card number will be used to process any required application fees .

Upon Harlington Realty's authorization to do so, The Credential Researchers will use the information collected to procure and create consumer reports and create tenant applications and leases in a printable electronic format for the exclusive use of Harlington Realty.

The Credential Researchers hereby disclaims any knowledge of Harlington Realty’s use of information collected on this site. Any questions regarding the use of data or the privacy policy of Harlington Realty's should be addressed to the leasing office of the property you are applying to.
